Renee's Salad (lost and found)


1 large head of Romaine lettuce (10 cups)

4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup cashews (or pecans)

1/4 cup sweetened dry cranberries

1 apple cubed

1 pear cubed


Mix everything in a big bowl and top with shredded cheese and dressing.




1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 t. chopped onion

1 t. Dijon mustard

1/2 t. salt

1 tbls. poppy seed

2/3 cup oil


Mix dressing ingredients in blender and put on salad before serving.
