Chicago has a rich comedic tradition that includes Laugh In, Second City and Saturday Night Live. Please join us Friday night, August 11th to kick off our wedding weekend celebration at Improv Olympic. Improv Olympic is located in the heart of the Wrigleyville neighborhood, just a ball toss from Wrigley Field.

Wedding Fun Run, Saturday Morning, August 12th

Join Tim in a "runaway groom" wedding morning fun run. The fun run route will begin at The Drake and will proceed along the scenic lakefront. The pace will be leisurely, the distance will be around 5 miles and there will be plenty of water stations.

Saturday, August 12th, carbo-load 10:15 am, shot-gun start 10:30 am
Assemble in the lobby of The Drake
Packet pick-up Friday night
Baby joggers welcome

Wedding Ceremony and Reception, Saturday Evening, August 12th

The ceremony and reception is at the Chicago History Museum, 1601 North Clark Street (Clark Street at North Avenue), 5:30 pm, about a 10 minute cab ride from The Drake.

Attire: Black tie optional
